Leadership
Clay Heath has over 20 years of catastrophic and structural property estimating experience along with running CDBG-DR HUD funded programs throughout the country. Mr. Heath has been responsible for training and directing teams of 10-300 professionals at Catastrophe Sites throughout the United States. Accomplished in property damage inspection, safety awareness, and project assurance, Mr. Heath is consistently recognized by company representatives, clients, staff, and industry managers for: strategic planning capabilities, ability to prioritize tasks to accomplish results, timely completion of projects, ethical and efficient work style, and a proven ability to solve complex issues with innovative solutions. Throughout his career, he has handled many multi-million-dollar losses, both commercial and residential. The amount of combined experience and knowledge of new construction, damage repairs, and insurance claims handling has advanced his ability to act as a Dispute Appraiser and Appraisal Umpire. Mr. Heath is highly educated with the appraisal process and has acted as an appraiser and/or umpire on hundreds of claims.
